							Unbiased Advice

The Institute is not a stockbroker or bank,
so there are no investment products for sale and no
commissions to be earned.

By working on a fee-only basis, we are able to assure
clients that securities recommendations and
transactions are made with their best interests in mind.
We believe that a fee-based
advisory practice reduces conflicts of interest inherent with
commission-based advice by separating the advisor's compensation
from the advice given.

We believe that the Institute's fee-only structure, along with our extensive research
from a variety of well-reputed sources, make our investment advice
unbiased.
